Welcome back Boo Boo. The only thing that makes her plaintive cries of innocence remotely believable is her outstanding level of incomptence. The Charter took care of one of the few strong performers in the public sector (National's own fault for not selling it but we digress). I'm interested to note that Boo boo doesn't like to get mad - clearly Katherine Rich was that one exception. Last Parliamentary term Katherine Rich as opposition spokesperson for broadcasting put out a PR criticising the Minister for Broadcasting. No doubt it was read by upwards of 35 people, 1 of whom happened to be Boo Boo. A Minister of the Crown then rang the said opposition member and yelled at her for being "mean." Poor Boo Boo.
