		<description>This is a bloody outrage.  Usually I try to add something to a debate but in this case readers will have to make do with righteous anger.  Strange how quickly public servants (lead by their minister) forget that the term &quot;public servant&quot; as quaint and old fashioned as it may be actually came from &quot;serving the public&quot;.  Contrary to an increasingly popular belief at NZIS it doesn&#039;t mean covering up for the government, lying (in unison or otherwise) or collective ass-covering.
