Gonzo highlights that lack of sleep leads to bad sex and dangerous driving. I will resist the urge to crack jokes about bad sex while driving
Graeme is hoping that Nick Smith is correct in pointing out that under the Government’s daft new Building Act, the Beehive will have to close from tomorrow.

Thank’s for the link, I need all the help I can get for people to come to my site! I can’t imagine NP being any different to Taupo mind you – just next to the sea not the lake. I won’t miss wellington traffic, or the weather mind you… It was fine in Taupo before I jumped on the plane to here.

Hmmm. That post also seems to suggest that if you keep your partner awake you might get more sex. So we have two conflicting factors – too tired for sex, kept awake so have sex. There must be an optimisation curve possible to maximise the amount of sex….

NP is a pleasant little town with a nice seaside walkway, a renovated city centre, a nice museam+library combo, and some great cafes (OK stay away from that bikers club near the bus station). In fact there are more pleasant cafes in central NP than Ponsonby, Auckland.
Now the worst place in NZ is without a doubt Takapuna.
Am i right, or am i right.

Yeah well, Takapuna may have consistently annoying people, but New Plymouth has consistently crap weather. So there.

takapuna should change it’s name to stepford..eerily similar..
cheers

The views on Takapuna by anyone who describes New Plymouth as “a pleasant little town” can be safely ignored!

Give me a move to New Plymouth over a move to Auckland any day. Of course, I’d far rather prefer a shift from Wellington to Tauranga or Blenheim than NP, but beggars can’t be choosers if it came to the option of a job or no job.

NP had more sunshine hours last year then Nelson. Which puts NP at the highest in NZ for 2004. Crap weather?, Andyblob should get of his large arse and try looking at some facts,

“andyblobb should get out of his large arse…”etc etc.
Vote:I needed to hide in my (not very large, nor even very manly) arse to shelter from the NP weather.
Now I have left (Yippee!!!), I guess I can emerge and enjoy life again.
