Field Scandal Part 27

September 30th, 2005 at 10:42 pm by David Farrar

And the latest allegations are that the hard working Labour MP was trying to get schools to enrol children of illegal overstayers.

He is the gift that keeps on giving.

OMG – the crime of the century, trying to get kids an education!

Next we’ll see you advocating the death penalty for Sandra “muddy waters” Goudie over her despicable mangrove atrocities?

I think the point is Stephen, that it is illegal. Particularly in the context of other revelations, one must ask, what were the parents giving Field in return??

Oh, yes, allegedly directing schools to enrol children whose parents aren’t legal residents – give Mother Teresa Field a big fucking shiny medal. Of course, if these were allegations that *ahem* the MP -elect for Epsom was exerting influence to get Auckland Grammar to break zoning laws you’d be the first to call for blood.

I ask myself the question: why would an MP be hoovering up immigration cases all over Auckland, (assuming he was doing the work for free), as part of his constituency work. And I would like to know how much money he donates/raises for the Labour Party. He seems to have got an awful lot of protection, from the Labour leadership, certainly before the election. So Stephen you should be careful but I do not mind, you are the first Labourite to have attempted to justify him, the rest have been silent except for the Prime Minister before the election. As Labour is hopelessly compromised, this will be disposed of by the minor parties who intend supporting Labour and they will be made to stand and be counted.

I no longer need confirmation that Stephen Cooper is an idiot. Just reinforces the notion that the whole scam was set up by Labour to raise election funds. So tell mw, SC. Who new what about each scam and when? Williams? O’Connor? Clark? Mallard? You’d think some one would raise an eyebrow over FIVE HUNDRED requests from one MP? Oh silly me, they didn’t notice half a billion dollars pouring into a little provincial Wananga until it was too late.

All children of non citizens/ non residents MUST enrol at school!. The issue is that they are treated as fee paying students until they have the proper residency requirements.
This is what Field was trying to do . Getting the schools to look the other way and not charge as they should. Actually this is the most serious offence as breaching the cabinet manual is merely a code of conduct , while conspiring/aiding and abetting to defraud the government, by passing off non resident children as FREE students is most likely to get him kicked out of parliament if convicted.
