Makara Wind Farm

Very pleased to see the Makara Wind Farm has been approved. Wind is one of the cleanest greenest forms of electricity, and I’d love to see more of them.

It is a bit hard on those who don’t want wind turbines near them, but personally I reckon they’d help make a stunning view. And if we NIMBY everything then all our prisons and pylons and energy sources would all be in New Plymouth 🙂
