Dover attacks Marina decision

The Independent has a story about Labour Minister Dover Samuels attacking in caucus the decision by Chris Carter to reject the Environment Court decision to allow the Whangamata marina.

It is not unusual for a Minister to be criticised in Caucus. However it is very unusual for the attack to be from a fellow Minister. And it is almost unheard of for that Minister to then talk to the media about what he said in Caucus (which is strictly confidential).

This story may just be starting.

UPDATE: In the House Dover is trying to claim he was speaking in his role as a district councillor, not as an MP. Yeah right.
