    I am SOOOOO happy to see that farmers are promising civil disobedience towards the Govt’s. stupid dog chipping legislation.This latest edict is just another tax grab.Jesus..ask yourself how a chipped dog is going to be better behaved than a non-chipped one?Crap dog owners will continue to raise crap dogs that bite people and they,as usual will not be targetted.Too hard.This tax crap will fall upon the middle classes who walk their pooches in Mt>Eden and cause a problem to no one.At last some people are standing up to say to this pathetic Govt. ” Nah,get stuffed..we aint gonna do it”. FANTASTIC.
