The not needed Foreign Minister

Oh dear. The NZ Herald Editorial has said that Winston Peters has shown you don’t need a Foreign Minister as he is shut out of almost all major issues by the PM and the Trade Minister.

The Herald do suggest that Winston could be engaged as say parliamentary undersecretary for overseas aid. Heh.
