Northern National Party Chair

Congratulations to my former colleague, Alistair Bell, who was elected to replace Scott Simpson as Northern Regional Chair for National this morning.

The vote was 119:89, so a pretty good win with 57% support.

    Slightly off topic, but…

    I seem to have lost track. Which of the regional conferences are still to come?

    When’s the Annual Conference this year?

    To answer my own first question… this is the first one – the rest are in May.

    Sadly I only have last year’s conference dates written down. When s this year’s?

    I guess Scott will pursue a political career. He has already put his hat in the ring at Tamaki, I think I can guess where he will go next…
