ISP Satisfaction Survey

Consumers Institute have published results of their ISP satisfaction survey, and it isn’t good.

Only 66% of respondents to the 2006 survey were satisfied or very satisfied with their ISP, compared to 82% last year. This average is dragged down by the ratings for Xtra, whose customers made up 51% of the responses received.

For the third year in a row, the top rated ISP is Inspire. A huge 97% rated them as very good or good service. They incidentially are also the kind hosts of this blog. Good job guys.
