PM’s press secretary retires

Somewhat surprised to see that the PM’s chief press secretary is leaving the job, after just a year. But David Lewis has actually been in Parliament for around a decade, so less surprisingly in that context. He is the last of the original team of Munro, Watts and Lewis to leave. Helen’s been well supported by them, and others, over the years.

There will of course be considerable interest in who the replacement will be.
