Final vote looks to be 65 – 56

As expected, some of MPs who voted for the ban bill at the second reading, have withdrawn their support for the third reading, as the Borrows amendment was rejected. Four of the six MPs will vote no now, while two will vote yes.

think it is 90% likely it will become a bill on Monday. But there may be some difficulties. Peter Dunne, who is backing the bill, has said he is opposed to it becoming a Government bill.
