Why the fuck should I educate a dumbfuck like you Phil, a knuckle dragging self medicating zombie who labels people as liars and then can't come up with an example to support your piss weak bigoted allegations.

The fact is that the left wing mainstream media has been unremittingly reporting the iraq war as a failure (just like the terrorists want them to) when the country has been freed from a totalitarian dictator, a democratic system has been instituted, a constitution has been written, elections have been held and a parliament elected. ..and now the surge is working, and nobody is more pissed off than the terrorist loving Bush hating MM who have so persistently predicted failure.

Fact Phil. You wouldn't know because all you ever refer to is left wing bullshit. Its why you're such a dumbfuck, not only on Iraq, and media bias, but every other damn thing as well.

Get your news here Phil, rather than reading that NYT derivative commie/ terrorist propaganda, and maybe you'll start to wisen up. I doubt it tho.

"How about the global warming scam, or the “failure” of the US in Iraq. Two screamingly standout examples of left wing bullshit that have been pushed endlessly ceaselessly and with vigour by the media to the extent where they have forever destroyed whatever vestige of credibility they ever had left."

Yes Redbaiter, the Iraq war has been a tremedous success

Twenty four percent left?? What a fucken joke poll. Left wing bias in the media is everywhere. (and Jezuz, I don't care if journalists are commies, its their PRETENSE to objectivity that rankles)

Read this for an example of what I'm talking about. The mainstream media is fucked, its useless, they're almost all dumbfuck commie loons, and they're worthless. They're going down further every day, and they're even too stupid and too ideologically constipated to admit the reasons for their demise. Fuck em. The sooner these lap dogs of big government and socialism and Marxism have disappeared the damn better for democracy choice and liberty.

I am surprised at such low results, I thought they would be much worse as I would rate the media in NZ pretty much lap dogs of the political parties, and one in particular.

When the story is non-political the media tend to go for the sensational story, embellishing the trivial and ignoring the obvious.

The foreshore and seabed issue is one where there were numerous articles on the issue but they were all in one direction with absolutely no coverage of the other side. I would assume that the obvious was obvious and there was no need to cover it.

The lap dog media is interesting as most of the time the stories are exact replicas of the press release from the party involved, and the party with the most press releases get the lion’s share of the space. There is no balance to the reporting what so ever, no follow-up, no analysis, no investigation, just regurgitation.

The media reporter has become a columnist.

A columnist has bias and the reader know the bias, Matt McCartin, Mathew Hoon etc, but that is not the reporter’s role. In my opinion, the reporter reports the facts and it is not “copy and paste” the press release. The media are giving the story a bias and it is so obvious that most people (the survey confirms) see through the propaganda.

There is just no balanced reporting.

All Media reporting is censored and invesgative work by news reporters is prohibited.

Thats why they are called news reporters. All they report is effect.

It is the cause that needs attention?

well thats hardly surprising, the media have been riding a large and slowly rising bubble of self-importance for the last few years. How often do we get journalists interviewing journalists? How often does a newpaper print a large article on the arrival or departure of some hack? There are a ridiculous number of media articles on the media. Dunno who they think they are - stick to reporting the facts only numbnut journo's. We will decide the rest.

Just keep an eye over the next week and see if you can count the number of self-important pieces about themselves.
