Had a nice experience this morning. Just finished reading briefing papers from Bill and John and other National Party friends, and thought it might be good to walk along Oriental Parade to think about new company strategy for Curia. Strolling by the sea I saw an animal in some distress! Went over and discovered it was an injured penguin!! Had to stop talking with Helen on my mobile about latest Curia poll results to help the poor creature. Called vet who promptly arrived and treated it.So now I’m back in my jim-jams and sitting at the computer thinking about the penguin I saved and feeling pretty good about it. Isn’t life grandy and dandy?
