Some new blogs

Steven Price has set up a blog about media law and ethics.  He already has a dozen interesting posts up. Definitely being added to my regular reads.

Poneke has set up a blog, stating:

I'm a politically and socially aware Wellingtonian, a professional of 20 years' experience with catholic interests in such matters as urban  transport, climate change, Flight of the Conchords, civil society, the , how well the news media serves the public and much more besides. Above all I am a skeptic, which is quite a different animal from a cynic.

This aim of this blog is to present a personalised, eclectic mix of essays with a literary journalism bent, media criticism and breaking news on important and not-so-important issues.

I suspect the blog will pull no punches.

The Hive is focused on Wellington and politics and the author appears to be well connected. Updated daily.

Shea Miller is blogging at New Freeland and looks at and the left blogosphere.  I disagree with the post to some degree, but will detail why in a seperate post at some stage.  But a very considered lengthy post worth , as people have been.

Three Point Turn returns after a long break. As biting as always. Welcome back.
