Selwyn College troubles

The troubles at Selwyn College seem to be increasing, with Chris Carter appointing a specialist advisor due to concern over their falling roll and more importantly their low level of student achievement.

I suspect eventually they may have to appoint a Commissioner – especially as the Board itself is explicitly criticised.
