It is possible that a snap election is called earlier. I mean, there is risk that the bad economic news will just keep flooding in the closer you get to October/November. The Greens have no solutions to the current New Zealand recession, apart from rolling the country back to year zero. By the way the UK managed positive growth in GDP for the first quarter, so there is some indication of how lame Cullen’s management of the economy has been.

Good to see that Labour has no clue as to how to turnaround its fortunes in the polls. It just keeps doing the same old tired policies and people are sick of it. The economy is tanking, people are finding it hard to pay the bills on struggle street, and the Helaban continues to preach that they know best.

Guess what? The voters know better and in four months they’re going to send that message loud and clear.

At least Labour will have plenty of excuses for their dismal failure.

(1) other priorities than treatment for ailments that are a direct consequence of eating sh*t for years, or
(2) making it harder for ignorant and/or stupid people to shovel sh*t into their fat faces, so that (1) is less likely to arise,
