An interesting website at How Good. It is primary designed for allowing you to rank professionals (a commendable idea) but also now has a section allowing you to rate politicians.

Bill Ralston has written profiles of the party leaders for the site. They are quite funny.

Only annoying thing is you have to register to write a review.
