My blog is ESTP Add this story to Scoopit!.

You can now test your blog’s personality type at Typealyzer.

Kiwiblog is:

ESTP – The Doers

The active and play-ful type. They are especially attuned to people and things around them and often full of energy, talking, joking and engaging in physical out-door activities.

The Doers are happiest with action-filled work which craves their full attention and focus. They might be very impulsive and more keen on starting something new than following it through. They might have a problem with sitting still or remaining inactive for any period of time.

Sounds about right.

Funny, DPF, I ran Kiwiblog through it a couple of days ago and it told me you were a scientist. Turns out we’re thinkers out our way.

I just thought it was hilarious that the neo-Nazi guys’ blog came up with “avoiding inter-personal conflicts”.

  8. Murray (4521) Says:

I thought it was hilarious that I came up with that myself.

I suspect this test is a little less than scientific.

  9. Ryan Sproull (3364) Says:

It’s really weird, because my blog is a Sagittarius, which doesn’t fit with being an ESTP at all.

    The Standard 2.0 – Thinkers

They enjoy working with complex things using a lot of concepts and imaginative models of reality. Since they are not very good at seeing and understanding the needs of other people, they might come across as arrogant, impatient and insensitive to people that need some time to understand what they are talking about.

Pah – sounds like astrology, just find some way to identify with with whatever they say. The Hairy Armpit were ‘Mechanics’ too.

Hmm, I wonder if working with crocodiles and tigers in Asia, chasing poachers, escaping bombs in the Philippines and gun-toting rascals in PNG counts as risk-taking behaviour? ;)
