I thought this one was clever unlike many of SCott’s cartoons, which lack wit or humour

I am not alone in looking forward to McCully being consigned to the passed-used-by pile. He is old school and should be farmed out after a term – maybe term and a half.

Yes, casual watcher you won’t find many public servants who had to deal with him in his previous ministerial roles with much good to say about him – but plenty of stories ….

yes,
Murray McCully is an old school survivor who is a carry over from the previous National govt over nine years ago.
His type is why america is so badly off…… for one reason…. people keep voting him back in.
This tells me people really have elephant memories and McCully has become implanted in the electorates consciousness.
why is he valuable?
Keeps out of politics, esp party politics. Very, very non controversial
Obviously a keen student of Johnathan Hunt.
