Jerry’s stuff-up is a minor one and one needs to look at the big picture and assess whether the business is being properly conducted and efficiently. Cullen while quite good on day to day tactical decisions makes major major strategic blunders and he has a very bad toxic personality. I find this latter issue most curious for someone so intelligent but there it is. On Lockwood Smith either Smith listened to Young’s advice on letting the business through and not get too hung up on technicalities or Young really does not know him that well. I suspect it is the latter, Smith is proving quite a skillful Speaker but do not forget his quiz master days he may have the skills from there. On Parker, strange little man, not to be trusted at all, if he swallowed a nail he would shit a corkscrew.
