Surely you aren’t suggesting that Hulun or her ‘cohorts’ purposely planted toxic legislation like S92a deliberately prior to their inevitable expulsion in the 08 election?

An infallible way of testing the principal of things like S92a is to have a pilot scheme on a very narrow or small area – let say high profile public servants – any accusation of wrongdoing against say Helen or the police commissioner be dealt with as per S92a – their arguments would then be a useful guide as to if such legislation is FAIR & REASONABLE!!!
