Sorry when I say ‘pinged’ I mean that in the Labour MP context. IE: Told to fix it because he has broken the law, not prosecuted for breaking the law.

The idiot (on March 1st 2008) told me that I was an idiot when I pointed out that his little red Labour van needed an authorisation. He was then pinged for not having said authorisation a few weeks later.

I’m in two minds about the punch issue. I found it (together with other parliamentary behaviour by Trev) pretty appalling. But on the other hands, he’s taken his lumps for it (heh) and been voted into opposition as well.

So I think I’d say, let’s give Trev a fair go.

I’m just not sure whether it’s a useful use of time. Commenting on blogs is like ringing up talkback – as opposed to doing interviews with the radio presenter. It’s fairly responsive and rarely do you change the terms of the debate. I just do it to kill time…

p.s. Does this mean too that Labour is now committed to having a Minister for Interfaith Affairs (with of course a bureaucracy to match)?
