Kingi, there is evidence it was the mayor. the mayor in question has a history of verbal attacks and the fax came from his work place at a time of day when very few people would have access.

This is called a prima facie case.

If the whale’s going to dish it out then it’s logical some might come back in his direction – and to be honest I don’t see what the big deal is. Peters was never shy of having a crack at those who were having a go at him. The same could also be said of Muldoon and Lange. Who cares if the people at the NSCC feel like flinging some back.
