And another free trade deal

The Herald reports:

New Zealand has successfully concluded negotiations for a free agreement with six oil-rich Gulf states, Trade Tim Groser announced yesterday.

The Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC), made up of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab , Oman, Qatar and Bahrain, is New Zealand's seventh-largest trading partner with bilateral trade worth $3.85 billion.

Not bad. Mind you I don't think Groser should be given time off until we have free trade agreements with every country on Earth, bar North Korea.
