I wonder if Keith Locke supports a ban on convicted criminals smoking? I am sure that would slow the recidivists rate.

God, it’s all so funny. We are absolutely determined to become the most ridiculous place on earth. While we’re at it, let’s ban snow. After all, people slip on it and cars can’t handle it very well. And let’s ban alcohol. We know it’s a very bad drug and people kill one another under its influence, either intentionally or just because they’re stupid enough to drive home from the pub. And, and. Oh, I know. Let’s ban rugby. Because when the All Blacks lose, domestic violence takes an up tick. And, on that line of thought, let’s ban the full moon. Because, well, rumour has it ….
