Paquin comes out

The media are hyping up the news that NZ film star Anna Paquin has announced she is bisexual. I expect TV news will make it a major item tonight.

The context of her doing so, can be seen in the video above. I think it was a pretty gutsy thing to do, is to reveal something that is quite private, in the interests of promoting an anti-discrimination campaign.

The video was actually filmed in January, so they have managed to keep it under wraps well.

I think Paquin is an incredibly talented actress, and I love her Sookie Stackhouse portrayal in True Blood.
