Kiwiblog seven years old
Kiwiblog is seven years old today. Over those seven years, there have been approx:
- 17,000 posts
- 600,000 comments
- 3,300 tags
- 5,700 registered commenters
Monitoring visits is more difficult as have swapped systems often. But over just the last two years, Kiwiblog has had:
- 12 million page views
- 5.5 million visits
- 1.9 million visits through Google

Ahhhh where has the time gone? Looking back one can say that if you haven’t been banned at least once for excessive Hitler references or referring to DPF’s hairline or knees,pissed off Redbaiter and recieved a “progressive” sneer from him in response,been unsettled by Dad for Justices loony ravings,had your eyes glaze over at anything posted by Philu or worn out your scroll wheel trying top find the end of any thread involving religion,sex or abortion then you haven’t lived.

A big thankyou DPF for your variety of topic and views, your tolerance and most of all your position as a purveyor of most of what is important in the daily news. I havn’t purchased any bits of dead trees for most of the time I have been aware of your existance and that is good for me and the planet.
