Yay it is back. 9/10 in 44 seconds. The Japanese question was a guess and I got it wrong.

    Sigh, I wish they would check the questions a bit more.

    The horses Tama iti was supposedly involved in wanting to buy were from the Ureweras, not the Kaimanawas

    One is near Waiouru, the other is near Taneatua/Edgecumbe- not really hard to mix up,

    Dear Mr. Farrar,
    I realise this is a delayed post of yours (by hours), and that you are trying to introduce humor and fun (perhaps tongue in cheek) to lighten the atmosphere. (?)

    I also realise that this is your Blog and you have sovereign rights, as it were.

    I also understand that you very much enjoy the daily quizzes (after all, you’re rather good at them).
