Anyone can become president of the USA… as long as they have the backing of a bunch of millionaires.
I’ve always thought most, if not all US politicians were ‘owned’ by the individual vested interests that bankrolled them: oil, arms, agriculture, insurance industry, whoever.

Doesn’t mean a global conspiracy, all inter-connected.
Even socialists: left-wing factions, in my experience, hate each other more than they hate the right 😉

Local councillors get themselves elected to make their town a better place. Then find they don’t have the power to achieve very much.
Obama, I imagine, is an idealist who has found that wanting to change the world and being able to aren’t the same things, even when you are president of a world superpower.

North Otago by birth, but I didn’t drink the same water as Chris Trotter. A Highlander fan at heart but I have been settled, and unsettled, in the Garden City for long enough now that I believe I am allowed support Canterbury and the Crusaders.

I got my yearly bonus this week and I am goiing to lash out and get the Crusaders jersey to go with all my Highlander ones. I should hasten to add that the bonus is more than that but I haven’t liked the look of any of them since the Addidas one that was black with the 3 red bands.

Interesting fact, based on G. Henry’s own yardstick the most sucsessful All Black coach since the first World Cup is Laurie Mains.

No I didn’t mean that at all Tim. Your misunderstanding of my position with Israel and the Jewish people is monumental.

Yes because Rothshild’s face is on the 500 sheckel note and guess what? Rothschilds paid for the Israeli Supreme Court building which is full of occult symbolism and the deal was no-one gets to know what the budget was. Precisely why did they do that and it’s a matter of public record if you doubt they did.

So to the extent the occult is involved in all this Tim and as you know I’m a Christian and if you’re a Christian there’s Satan as well as Jesus who lives and breathes, yes.

No, because the people of Israel themselves know nothing of this and same when they were deciding between Jesus and Barabbus. They – the Jewish people – have never been responsible for and were never to blame for what happened that day. They were manipulated by dark forces and had they known it would not have happened but it needed to happen in order to complete history.
