Goff to strengthen leadership further
April 1st, 2011 at 11:00 am by David FarrarPhil Goff announced on Tuesday that his handling of the Hughes affair had in fact strengthened his leadership. In a bid to close the 20+ point gap with National, in the polls, the front bench signed off a series of further initiatives to strengthen his leadership and public appeal.
- Trevor Mallard to be arrested for the Crewe murders and Phil Goff to reveal he planted the bullet that framed Arthur Allan Thomas
- Clare Curran to be exposed as also having had a paper run in Andersons Bay, and that on the day of the Bain murders she delivered David’s papers for him. Goff to reveal he supressed this information from the public, to protect the innocent Bain
- Annette King to confess she ran an illegal brothel in her office, while Minister of Health. Evidence to be produced that four of her staff married MPs, for which King got a commission on each marriage. Goff was in on the scam as the marriage celebrant

I don’t think Goff or Hughes have anything to worry about. If Annette King is involved the law of common sense will apply.

Given this lot none of the above would surprise me. They are all divorced from reality. It nevers ceases to amuse and amaze how pollies will lie thru their teeth telling us porkies we know and they know to be porkies.
They show total contempt and arrogance towards us and thats why I show the same back to them. With spades. They are just an expensive form of entertainment to me. Something to laugh at.

Leave the satire to Danyl. He does it much better.

Very good.
But on a serious note it looks like Goff won’t be the celebrant much longer: http://blog.labour.org.nz/

Just one of them may have sucked me in – but not even labour could be this far off the planet.
Did you hear about the new left handed burger from burger king…………….

Who says Tories don’t have a sense of humour? Practically everybody, really.
Missing from the list, though, was:
Anne Tolley being arrested for masterminding the Chernobyl explosion (can’t that silly woman ever get anything right?)
John Key exposed as the man in the black mask in the Chelsea Arts Ball rape case
Gerry Brownlee revealed to be the inspiration for Charles Hamilton’s character Billy Bunter.

Maggie, I know its April Fools day, and you trying hard (and failing) to show you have a sense of humour. But frankly accusing the PM of rape is the most outright fucken disgusting things anyone on this forum has ever said.

This post of your really is odd and I assume it has something to do with April Fools day. I think you lost the plot on this one.

Bevan, you really are a dimwit. Where did I accuse Key of rape? Get a sense of humour FFS.
Apparently it is okay for Farrar to call Mallard a murderer, Goff a fraudster, Curran an accessory to murder, and King a madam.
Its a joke. Understand now, luvvie?
Right Now it is not midday where I am. April Fool!

Maggie you illustrate well the spiteful arrogance so many on the left have with your observations, which dripped venom and lacked wit, apart from the last, which was weakly witty, but just a touch obvious.
So no, not offended, just disappointed, but not surprised, either.

Maggie, I’ll just let people judge whether the time-stamp on your comment should be authoritative and make their own judgement on whether you’re a fool

Maggie,
I thought Labour were so far behind in the pools that the Nats would not need to stop to dirty tricks. However DPF has for the last 10 days or so lowered the bar to a very low point. I can think of two reasons
1. that David is a Tory and Tories by nature have very bad taste
2. David owns a polling company and the information from his companies polling is that National’s support is not that strong
There may be another reason but I can’t think of it

Oh Inky. Why do you even waste your time? You’re only emphasising how much you’re pissed off at not having your crooked and morally bankrupt bunch of lowlifes in charge still. But please, be my guest; go on re-cycling the embittered myopic hatred and your weary little class struggle if it makes you feel better. Loser.

Inky, DPF has been a lot more restrained than I would be in his shoes, especially given how much material he’s had to work with
