I’m such an old accountant that I recall a pissup about 40 years ago when we all got drunk and started throwing the tax act around the room and at each other. In those days it was a book. Nowadays it is three huge volumes of loose leaf papers; loose leaf so that the hare brained changes thought up by that clown from Ohariu can have his numerous amendments entered relatively easily.
