My definition of any annoying character is one you hope they will kill off. Only agree with some of that list.
Janice from Friends was actually a fun character because she was so annoying.
Kimmy from Full House definitely qualifies. God that was a long time ago.
Please please someone kill Susan on Desperate Housewives. Bring back Lois Lane.
Dawn on Buffy had you cheering for the vampires.
Georgia on Gossip Girl is evil, not annoying, and I like evil characters!
