precisely..’natural sugars’…which is why fruit should be eaten whole..

..and as part of a healthy diet aren’t a problem..

..i am talking about avoiding the ‘white-death’ sugar…

..try reading the labels of yr purchases…

..and be amazed at how much sugar is packed into so much..

..go on.!..go to yr cupboard..!

..and read some labels..

Life-threatening:

Diarrhea

Chronic use leads to:

Friend of my daughter’s went vegetarian for a while. She was here one day with some of the other girls, and we fed them sausage rolls.

She converted back 🙂

Saving one deluded vegetarian at a time … I’m such a saint.

Omega-3 fatty acids – salmon, sardines, etc

Protein – cottage cheese, lean meats, nuts

This letter was sent to the Kirkcaldy High School Principal’s office after the school had sponsored a luncheon for seniors. An elderly lady received a new radio at the lunch as a door raffle prize and was writing to say thank you.
This story is a credit to all humankind. Forward this to anyone you know who might need a lift today.
Dear Kirkcaldy High School ,

God bless you for the beautiful radio I won at your recent Senior Citizens luncheon. I am 87 years old and live at the Raith home for the Aged. All of my family has passed away so I am all alone. I want to thank you for the kindness you have shown to a forgotten old lady.

My roommate is 95 and has always had her own radio; but, she would never let me listen to it. She said it belonged to her long dead husband, and understandably, wanted to keep it safe.

The other day her radio fell off the nightstand and broke into a dozen pieces. It was awful and she was in tears. She asked if she could listen to mine, and I was overjoyed that I could tell her to fuck off.

Thank you for that wonderful opportunity.

vegetarian friends of ours fed their children an omnivorous diet as they realised that humans have evolved to eat a mixture of foods and that was the healthiest option for growing bodies.

Their reasoning for being vegetarian had much more to do with eating things that had been killed.

Another good set of friends – the wife will not eat sheep or beef based upon seeing the animals. When I pointed out that sheep and cows receive rather better treatment than pigs, chickens and fish (basically fish are suffocated when caught) it didn’t really affect her choice.

Seems to highlight it’s more about personal predilections and fashion than any real issue.

Vegan diets for infants & growing children are nothing short of child abuse. Even birds, eg finches & tuis although they may be seed or nectar eaters feed their chicks with insects. An adult human can exist, if not live, as a vegan but kids need the protein.
