Bird of the Year

Forest & Bird are running their bird of the year competition for 2012.

Currently in the lead with 76 votes is the Kokako, which has David Slack as its campaign manager.

Trailing on 3 votes are the Royal Spoonbill and the Taiko (Black Petrel) neither of which have a campaign manager. It shows the need for good campaign managers!
