Trial by timeline
October 26th, 2012 at 7:00 am by David FarrarAmnesty International has a neat tool called Trial by Timeline. It accesses your Facebook history, interrogates your Facebook friends interactions with you, and works out how many crimes you have committed in other countries.
It says I would have been convicted 1071 times of 13 different crimes in 59 countries.
A very innovate way of making people realise how many rights are lacking in other countries.
I would have been beaten 271 times, tortured 203 times and imprisoned 438 times. Not shot though, which is something. However I would have been lashed 27 times and killed by extremists 342 times (this could still happen in NZ!). Also persecuted 538 times and forced to do something once.
Try it yourself and tell me below how many convictions you would have? The closest so far to me I have seen is 248!

Is there an option for getting executed by mortar for drinking during a period of mourning for your country’s leader?

Execution by MORTAR? Is this a recent phenomenon?

I expect Cam slater would have been hung drawn and quartered several times over

I was killed by extremists because I liked the All Blacks.
Strangely it was in Iran and Guatemala – I expected it to be in Australia or South Africa.

I bet those extremists who killed you Pete were from The Standard.

More interesting would be a tool which points out how often you side with policies that would put you on the same side as the torturers. For example, supporting laws like Section 59 that put large sections of the population on the wrong side of the law.

Apparently photographing and/or commenting on seeing a full-sky double rainbow would get me arrested in Saudi Arabia. I got life in prison for consumption of alcohol in a number of places. But all in all, I am an amateur compared to most of you. Maybe it’s because I don’t use Facebook to sound off so much.
I had 21 convictions for 5 crimes in 12 countries. I was beaten 5 times, tortured 3 times, imprisoned 4 times, given the lash 9 times, and killed by extremists 6 times. I was never beheaded, shot dead, given a lethal injection, stoned to death or hanged.

Yeah good one scrubs. Because being in favour of s.59 is PRACTICALLY THE SAME AS TORTURING PEOPLE.
You’re tuned to kiwiblog, folks!

I just checked mine. Rather tame compared with some. Beaten 25 times, tortured 4 times, and imprisoned once. I’m glad I don’t live in some freedom hating hell hole.
cheers

I got 4155 convictions. I think this must have been a mistake, because I haven’t seen anyone else get above high 1000s and I don’t mention drinking alcohol. Depressing how often the crime was apparently just being female.

So your only an “apparent” female….. that might explain it Julie/John.
