What is is about some people who feel driven to make cheap political comments on wholly extraneous matters in a thread focussing on someone’s demise?

Because they have been ‘blessed’ with the moron gene defect?
Because their parents failed to teach them basic manners and etiquette?
Because they have been mingling too long with the wrong elements of society?
Because they simply cannot help themselves?

I may be showing my age, but I fondly recall him in Bootsie and Snudge — an earlier and very popular show which was written in the early days by one Marty Feldman.
