You can thank Phil Goff for that bollocks.
As well as client care letters, standards committees and the LCRO.
The only conveyancer I have dealt with is Vicki Dempster and that was doing a subdivision at level 10 on a scale of difficulty.

This Conveyancers in the title thing is bullshit, frankly as a lawyer I find it offensive, I went to the website there are 12 I counted who can do it, having obtainined a 1 year diploma versus 4 year degree plus profs, typical labour tall poppy drafting, we don’t have the Doctors & Orderlys Act

Looking forward to Number 6: this looks at the mo like Nathan Guy has made a deal to “facilitate” immigration to get the cash from tourists and students, while completely ignoring the security implications. Serious stuff, in this age of terrorism.

I wonder who gave Peters that leaked memo from the Intelligence, Risk & Integrity Division manager? That’s dynamite. I bet there’s a huge internal ruction going on inside Immigration NZ right now over who leaked that.

But Mr Guy said officials had worked to address the concerns raised in the email to ensure that they were “covered off”.

Well that’s good. Hopefully Nathan can tell us how those were addressed, not just that they were.
