It’s another stunner in Wangavegas as well, so it will be the perfect day for a lunchtime BBQ on the deck. As I look out, the last of the winter snow has all but vanished from Mt Taranaki away in the distance. Today is forecast to be a scorcher; long may summer reign :D

For the pigeons a reminder that our calendar , language world view is based on the Judeo/Chrisianity tradition, deeply rooted in the Roman/Greek world.

Robinson Te Aroha’s “most famous son”? Seriously? Who even remembered him?

” “I haven’t been able to stand rugby ever since,” the former provincial representative player said.”

What the hell has this got top do with rugby?

2012 was an unprecedented year of disaster and defeat for the Greens and warming alarmists, it was a year that on the face of it offered much hope to the watermelons, in June there was going to the Rio+20 Earth Summit, COP18 in Doha was going to build on the progress of COP17 and the Durban Platform and the European Union was going to single-handedly enforce a flying tax on the world.

Welcome to the cooling New Year gwiff. Here is what your alarmist cult has to look forward to this year :-)

Long knives, kk unfortunately no they are serious.

In order to move to the uk with a disabled dependant I would imagine they have British passports or one of them was a very sought after highly skilled migrant of some sort. So in both cases they would get the full NHs complement of care but I’m not sure how much that would entail.

The fact they can fly back 10 times a year at a cost of $7k per trip to claim $2k a week means they must have a reasonable cash float. They probably moved for better work opportunities or family support or whatever but I don’t see why the long suffering taxpayer should continue to support them when they have turned their back on the country.

“My colleague Dan Hale at the University of Texas, San Antonio, tells me that down there they’ve got a “Texas-sized Big Gulp” — 60 ounces of Coca-Cola, a Snickers bar, and a bag of Doritos, all for $0.99. If you did that every day that’d be 112 pounds of fat per year.

What’s in Coke? Caffeine. What’s caffeine? A mild stimulant, right? It’s also a diuretic — it makes you pee.

What else is in Coke? Salt — 55mg of sodium per can. It’s like drinking a pizza.

So what happens if you take-on sodium and lose water? You get thirstier. Why is there so much sugar in Coke? To hide the salt.

When was the last time you went to a Chinese restaurant and had sweet-n-sour pork? That’s half soy sauce — you wouldn’t eat that. Except the sugar plays a trick on your tongue. You can’t even tell it’s there.

Everybody remember New Coke? 1985? More salt. More caffeine.

That’s the smoking gun. They know what they’re doing.”

    nasska… I didn’t know I was a woman. Thanks for that.

When I see ballroom… I think dancing. And then… in dancesport ballroom means English standard ballroom dancing to distinguish it from Latin American and New Vogue styles. Ah yeah…that’s right… it’s a *style* of dance within Dancesport. That’s how they talk. How many styles are you competing in today?

But now I might also think of boxers… all thanks to you. Thanks man.

You know in my youth, I was really strong, I easily could beat the current olympic weight lifting records in my time, snatch and clean and jerk but I never got picked for the Olympics because of my identity

Just because I wasn’t a woman under 53 kgs Olympic glory was denied – unfair no?

further to my previous, if a guy cuts off his dick and lives as a woman for two years under current Olympic rules he can compete as a woman.

Nobody’s tried it on yet but it is only a matter of time sigh

Though it is funny when one PCism comes into conflict with another PCism, libbies heads spin, you can hear the arguments now words like “transphobic” and “sexist” flying back and forth.

The libbie blowhards get red in the face while those few of us who have retained old fashion common sense will watch in wonder

I’d guess so Left, right and center

One Heinrich Ratjen competed at the 1936 Olympics as a woman using the name Dora, He got 4th in the womens high jump before he was rumbled.

In the sixties they used to do sex tests which women had to pass, like dope tests today.

Feminists got riled about women having to prove they were women so they dumped the idea in the ninties.

Princess Anne competed in the Equestrian but the Olympic commitee forwent gender testing her, they agreed it could be taken as read she was a woman. Anyway it don’t matter in equestrian men and women compete against each other anyway so gender ambiguity does not arise

What else did I see in town? Underclass brown woman heavily pregnant and puffing a smoke as she walks along Manners St. I’m approached by very large and overweight/ obese brown underclass young man in Cuba Mall asking me for 50c to get home. I’m trying to remember if I’ve ever been approached on foot by any non-brown person for money in my life. Struggling. (Once in the UK white dude at Waterloo I think it was-not NZ though, eh cuz?). That’s what I get for hanging out in Cuba Mall though. A couple of white beggers.. one a backpacker on Lambton Quay and one in Willis St.

I like turning them down when they ask for cash and watch for the put-on nice persona to disappear instantly as they realise they need to find a new target. If they turn full-on evil and nasty… you know you got it right.

I gave $2 to an Indian looking bloke once for the bus… but he’d been towed from a car park. He was very much more likely genuine and not trying it on as a scam source of extra income. And he didn’t ask… I offered.
