David there is a conference of Pacific Parliamentarians on 18-20 April in Wellington. The suggestion for a debate came from the Foreign Affairs Committee. No loss of legislative time through the use of extended sitting that morning.

So, did they say what is wrong with the Regulatory Standards Bill? I think in principle it is a great idea, and to me it looks like National is playing politics with it to keep their coalition partner happy.
