Seven Sharp had an item last night on banking and money creation, and featured Don Richards who is campaiging to reform the money system. He wants the Reserve Bank to create all the money we need and lend it at zero interest rate for infrastructure and local government needs. Similar to Social Credit.
Coincidentally he stood in Rongotai against Russel Norman.
Coincidentally Russel Norman must have been watching Seven Sharp because he tweeted a link to it straight after Heather du Plessis-Allan.
Who wants to see SBW get smashed by 44 year old Francois Botha?…. who has actually been in the ring with big names like Holyfield even if it was eons ago?
How far could SBW seriously get in the world of boxing? Sooner or later surely someone with actual talent will well and truly grind his beans beyond dust and give him a ground roasting if he keeps on turning up to real contests?
It’s no funnier than any other issuing of money in the fiat system.
Is QE offshore, resulting in this issue of money being laundered around the world through favoured banks to our banks and onto us as the debt finance to facilitate the operation of our gambling on rising property values, not funny money?
According to the news Shipley, Collins and Tilby bailed from their Directorship of Mainzeal Construction (the building subsiduary), back in December. Their statement says they were asked to leave.
I read the business news in at least 3 places most days and I cannot recall anywhere seeing that news.
One would think that had an inkling of that news made the reports anywhere the danger signs would have been apparent.
Reading the creditors comments says that’s about when payments stopped.
So they bailed knowing that there was every likely hood that this was going to happen.
Next question. Who knew about this state of affairs?
Next Question, Seems Mr Jan must be close to recklessly trading. Is the FMA going to look at the actions of the company?
Next Question. Have they remove his passport? If not why Not. (Remember Hosking)
Some big dosh owed around the place.
Another interesting Question.
How did Smith know about this that he was able to retrieve his gear from the ChCH sites on Waitangi Day? The same day that the receivership was announced and before the receivers had time to control the sites?
(Don’t blame him for being quick, but seems no one else was quick enough, so one is left wondering and pondering what came across the grapevine.)
Lots of National Party connections. Chinese walls, Nick Smith and all that.
Nine. Nine years old. Never mind the social wrongness of that. Everything was fully functioning at…. how old? Did she become pregnant in the high ‘8’s? Nine years and how many months at birth of baby? Holy shit. Imagine being the baby. Some people will have siblings with larger age gaps between them.
The NZ equivalent would need to start with some basics…. like spending more than you earn leads to increased debt and increasingly painful debt servicing costs which restrict your future options… just look at the New Zealand government.
World Vision desperately needs your help to prevent witches being burnt at the stake in the third world. You can make a difference. For just $40 a month, someone will take away their tyres and other flammable materials.
Yep, saw the Major Douglas re-run on seven last night. My first viewing of the programme and thought it lightweight rubbish.
As for the idea that will ultimately result in Mugabe-like hundred trillion dollar notes…. nly in red meloin land.
Who is the seven producer? Not that silly socialist twerp Watkin (ex Q+A), per chance?
I have been searching the news for a report that an ACC subcommittee has been embarrassed and forced to back down on its “in-committee” discussion of an employee’s performance by the indomitable will, logic and righteousness of the car-hatted freedom fighter. But, I can’t find any mention of it. Not a snippett. Where is MSM when you need it?

It seems shocking that a nine year old could think that he was her ‘boyfriend’.
But then, we can go shopping in any major clothing selling kids clothing, and buy a ‘bra’ and ‘lacy’ adult style knickers, for girls as young as five. Treat your kids like adults, don’t be surprised when they start acting like them.
Having said that, no it is not the little girls fault, and of course the 17 year old is responsible and needs to be accountable for his actions.
I’m in the comments taking on an entire website of fucktard shit-for-brains pollyanna weirdo wankers.
Seriously… who the fuck are those dipshits on there? Are they all secondary school drop-outs or something? Dropkick drongo dross dribbling droning dorks.
When will I learn? Don’t post on websites full of dumbc&%t numbnut mofo cerebrally challenged braindead imbeciles….
And I call them noddy from toyland… well it is toyland… have to wait for nanny webwanker to approve your comment. What a load of stinky old fucking bollocks that shit is. I don’t like playing PG disney styles with a bunch of self-styled holier-than-thou saints. I’ll bet they’re a bunch of insufferable miserable turds in real life that would cut you off, talk with their mouth full and walk into you whilst texting.
Krazy kiwi (?);
“a thinly disguise anti-Chinese piece”
The flog off NZ for our own personal wealth crowd wont like that huh? Those who have captured the National Party while aided by “progressives of the internationalist tradition”.
At least they put those evil whites in their place ! Thats the main thing… A ?
In a country where one in four women is raped and where months-old babies and 94-year-old grandmothers are sexually assaulted, citizens are demanding action after a teenager was gang-raped, sliced open from her stomach to her genitals, and left for dead on a construction site last week.
That study found one-quarter of South African women are raped but only one in 25 report it to the police. Of those who were not raped by a partner, one in 13 had never reported the rape, and many had been raped more than once,
Of course this is the tip of a very big iceberg, in terms of the decline of SA.
Dad must pay child support for 3 kids that aren’t his: Court rules
MONTREAL – A father has been ordered to pay child support to his ex-wife despite results of DNA testing that found three of the four children he helped raise are not biologically his, a Quebec Superior Court ruled.
The man learned the shocking news after he demanded DNA testing when he and his wife of 16 years separated in April 2010.
“Since I learned that I am a broken man,†the father told QMI Agency.
His daughters are aged 12, 14, and 16, and his son is nine. DNA testing revealed the son is his only biological child.
To make matters worse, his ex-wife told him his three daughters were all fathered by different men, he said.
The man said he was aware his wife cheated on him several times, but was floored when he discovered the results.
I was naive … I never thought I could not be the father of my children, he said.
You are correct Scott Chris.
As if Mundine and co would allow their precious showpony SBW to take a fight where he would get hurt (and trust me Botha is well capable of knocking SBW into tomorrow)
An ‘arrangement’ will definitely have been made.
Switched on TV last night, tea in lap and wife had on the new SEVEN SHARP on.
What the fuck was that ?
Who would give up even 5 minutes of an hour let alone 5 minutes of a life seem totally unbelievable.
That simply was shit content and even poorer delivery.
God help us if this is the new standard.
Alex Rawls, who worked on the next IPCC report as an early reviewer, has released it to the public now and says that it shows that man-made global warming is a hoax and that the draft report reveals the real political motivation.
An early reviewer has leaked the new IPCC report to expose the political motivation for defrauding the public with the man-made global warming theory. The report admits that the sun has an impact on warming and regional weather but the IPCC did not take that into account when ginning up the warming hysteria.
“UN “climate chief” Christina Figueres explains what is at stake for the public:
… we are inspiring government, private sector, and civil society to [make] the biggest transformation that they have ever undertaken. The Industrial Revolution was also a transformation, but it wasn’t a guided transformation from a centralized policy perspective. This is a centralized transformation that is taking place because governments have decided that they need to listen to science.”
Alex goes on to explain why he released the report and what it says, some of which is –
Lead story from the Second Order Draft: strong evidence for solar forcing beyond TSI now acknowledged by IPCC
Compared to the First Order Draft, the SOD now adds the following sentence, indicated in bold (page 7-43, lines 1-5, emphasis added):
Many empirical relationships have been reported between GCR or cosmogenic isotope archives and some aspects of the climate system (e.g., Bond et al., 2001; Dengel et al., 2009; Ram and Stolz, 1999). The forcing from changes in total solar irradiance alone does not seem to account for these observations, implying the existence of an amplifying mechanism such as the hypothesized GCR-cloud link. We focus here on observed relationships between GCR and aerosol and cloud properties.
The Chapter 7 authors are admitting strong evidence (“many empirical relationships”) for enhanced solar forcing (forcing beyond total solar irradiance, or TSI), even if they don’t know what the mechanism is. This directly undercuts the main premise of the report, as stated in Chapter 8 (page 8-4, lines 54-57):
—There is very high confidence that natural forcing is a small fraction of the anthropogenic forcing. In particular, over the past three decades (since 1980), robust evidence from satellite observations of the TSI and volcanic aerosols demonstrate a near-zero (–0.04 W m–2) change in the natural forcing compared to the anthropogenic AF increase of ~1.0 ± 0.3 W m–2.—
The Chapter 8 authors (a different group than the Chapter 7 authors) are explicit here that their claim about natural forcing being small compared to anthropogenic forcing is based on an analysis in which the only solar forcing that is taken into account is TSI. This can be verified from the radiative forcing table on page 8-39 where the only solar variable included in the IPCC’s computer models is seen to be “solar irradiance.”
This analysis, where post-1980 warming gets attributed to the human release of CO2 on the grounds that it cannot be attributed to solar irradiance, cannot stand in the face of the Chapter 7 admission of substantial evidence for solar forcing beyond solar irradiance. Once the evidence for enhanced solar forcing is taken into account we can have no confidence that natural forcing is small compared to anthropogenic forcing.
Have you seen this woman Bano? Grandmother at 24, Great-grandmother at 38…!!!!!
Shit I really feel behind the 8 ball now.
And if you scroll to ‘May 28 2002 age 11′, you’ll see some poor kid brought into this world with an 11 year old mother and 75 year old father who was convicted of rape. I’m sure that child of a girl won’t have any issues to deal with later in life. Far out!!!!
That money could’ve been far better put to use handing out some Weetbix to our poor poverty-stricken tailender bottomfeeding feral underclass kids, couldn’t it? Nasty selfish-prick mean-spirited greedy vile capitalists. Won’t someone please think of the children?
15k cocktail? Dime woulda done the classy thing and drank it in one gulp! preferably with a hooker on each arm and afterward i would have made some distasteful joke about the poor and how they bought it on themselves..
Last year Clare Curran asked the Auditor-General to inquire into Kiwirail purchases:
Decision on request to inquire into purchases of rolling stock by KiwiRail
In all four cases, rolling stock was purchased from China Northern Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Corporation (CNR). Correspondence from Ms Curran in November and December 2012 raised further concerns about the value for money of these purchases and the effect of the purchases on the future of KiwiRail’s workshops in Hillside, Dunedin.
To assess whether the questions raised by Ms Curran warranted a full inquiry, we met with some relevant staff and obtained background information from KiwiRail on each purchase.
As a result of this assessment work, we have decided that there is no need for the Auditor-General to inquire further or more formally into these purchases by KiwiRail.
We have carried out enough preliminary work to be satisfied that there is nothing to suggest that decisions to purchase locomotives and wagons from CNR were made for anything other than normal business and commercial reasons. The processes followed by KiwiRail appear reasonable, the relevant evaluations have been carried out properly, and we have seen no evidence to suggest improper influence over these decisions.
What a nasty scummy thing to do. Using a funeral to make some sort of statement or protest. I don’t care who it is, and what your feelings are towards the person, a funeral is not the place to protest. The family has the right to be allowed to mourn their loss without worrying about some moron trying to protest.
Words cannot express my contempt for this despicable action by this lowlife.
The Mainzeal scandal is just crashing through Christchurch now, people are ruined, it is terrible, we are ferociously angry
Mainzeal has a chinese owner, the number of NZ First voters climbs every day,
Findus, one of the most popular brands of frozen foods, has withdrawn 180,000 lasagnes from sale after carrying out tests on meals from a French supplier that had raised concerns.
The frozen food company found that 11 out of 18 ready meals, which were advertised as containing 100 per cent beef, were actually between 60 per cent and 100 per cent horse meat. The lasagne was sold by Tesco, Asda and Morrisons.
Time to inspect the accounts of UK’s knackers yards. I expect they’re rather healthy
Thanks for the link to Thomas Sowell Manolo – I’ve read him often – He floates like a butterfly and stings like a bee far better than his African American brother – Mohammed Ali!
“….The Wright brothers, who fulfilled the centuries-old dream of human beings flying, were by no means intellectuals. Nor were those who conquered the scourge of polio and other diseases, or who created the electronic marvels that we now take for granted.
All these people produced a tangible product or service and they were judged by whether those products and services worked. But intellectuals are people whose end products are intangible ideas, and they are usually judged by whether those ideas sound good to other intellectuals or resonate with the public. Whether their ideas turn out to work — whether they make life better or worse for others — is another question entirely.
The ideas that Karl Marx created in the 19th century dominated the course of events over wide portions of the world in the 20th century. Whole generations suffered, and millions were killed, as a result of those ideas. This was not Marx’s intention, nor the intentions of many supporters of Marxian ideas in countries around the world. But it is what happened.
Some of the most distinguished intellectuals in the Western world in the 1930s gave ringing praise to the Soviet Union, while millions of people there were literally starved to death and vast numbers of others were being shipped off to slave-labor camps.
Many of those same distinguished intellectuals of the 1930s were urging their own countries to disarm while Hitler was rapidly arming Germany for wars of conquest that would have, among other things, put many of those intellectuals in concentration camps — slated for extermination — if he had succeeded.
The 1930s were by no means unique. In too many other eras — including our own — intellectuals of unquestionable brilliance have advocated similarly childish and dangerous notions. How and why such patterns have existed among intellectuals is a challenging question, whose answer can determine the fate of millions….”
AWESOME and inspiring speech by Dr Ben Carson at the National Prayer Breakfast in America.
With the Obama’s in attendance, he even talks about the bad debt, political correctness and the importance of education and how bad it is in America.
For those who don’t know, Carson was the first to pioneer hemisphereoctomies; the removal of an entire half of the brain for those with brain cancer (it only works with children up to the age of 3, because the brain hasn’t fully developed, and the half that is left can take over the functions of the half that is taken away)
Hey Nasska at 2.24.
We told our trainer that because of a paucity of stakes that our Earl gelding be converted to steaks.
He found new owners for the horse who then went 3rd, 1st, 2nd and first, in the past month since we made that meaty comment!
Those straight out trotters; they are harder to follow than a Russel Norman press release.

Last name Tawhai… shock. Stole $231 of chocolate because he was ‘hungry’. And screaming kids in car were hungry. Someone show this dude a food pyramid. Around 10kg of chocolate…. yeah, that’s a balanced diet for the whanau that day.
South Auckland. Aha. The fairer sex…. not in Manuwera, at a party, as a woman snaps a knife in half while trying it out in a good samaritan’s left shoulder blade. She then punched him 3-4 times in the face while he sat down recovering.
Real life Once Were Warrior styles man…. faaaaark……
I don’t know mate- sometimes there’s nothing better than a bit of pointless puke to really brighten up your day. Knocking your head against a brick wall can have deep and profound meditative benefits I’ve found.
A man is seeking to join the Victorian Police force – the Sergeant doing the interview says: “Your qualifications all look good, but there is an attitude suitability test that you must take before you can be accepted.”
Then, sliding a pistol across the desk, he says: “Take this pistol and go out and shoot six illegal immigrants, six drug dealers, six Muslim extremists, and a rabbit. ”
“Why the rabbit?”
“Great attitude,” says the Sergeant. “When can you start?”
Mate the media don’t know crap, it’s the subies you talk to about how good a construction company is and mainzeal would have been in the red a long time ago. When a company starts fudging communication with you you either have two choices. blow a lot on recovery or take the hit and move on. That’s business. That young sub who blew 250 k on materials knew what was coming but didn’t want to listen to his inner voices and went a head and did it. It’s a harsh lesson but a well earned one.
Presumably you’ve scanned through the “Iran’s obsession with space” post today. Can you cast any light on why Iran would even attempt to stage such a stunt knowing full well that it would be exposed?
No I can’t. Iranians are a very calculating people. Ask anyone who knows them. They never make a move in other words without working it all out beforehand, these circumstances are therefore an interesting juxtaposition. So why?
I don’t know.
Normally cui bono sheds light on potential candidates, so who benefits in this case?
That’s what I normally ask myself when I don’t truly know the answer to these questions.
It’s sometimes not the answer but often it’s a worthwhile lead.
The Middle East has baffled many with its, often tribal, layers & levels of intrigue & this may well be another instance. Usually although if you follow what is being done rather than what is said some sort of answer or direction appears.
nasska to me the ME action originates from today’s version of the Grand Chessboard. I do note the people’s sentiments and nature of govt in each country but I don’t factor either of them into my calculation, for they are always, but always, no matter where they’re from, pawns. And this covers every single country and every single govt in the region. And most other govts and people as well, except ours of course, and maybe Australia’s.

And this year already there are more (including CLIMATE SCIENTISTS) calling bullshit on the ALARMIST hoax
A University of Oslo professor, Ole Humlum, recently remarked an odd phenomenon and revealed the newest climate scandal. Apparently, since 2008 some research institutions have been retrospectively correcting their global temperature graphs. Usually, this would not be strange at all, as scientific information tends to be built up piece-by-piece and may have to be rectified at a later stage. It is, however, extremely strange that data from 1915 has also been touched-up. Temperature data from the beginning of the 20th century has been systematically rounded down, while later data has been rounded up respectively. Data seems to have been forced to obey the greenhouse theory, and suddenly it seems like the graphs confirm the desired hypotheses. http://www.climate4you.com/
