Stuff has a story on the former singing career of Gerry Brownlee.

Gerry is still a good singer. I’ve heard him at various karaoke parties over the years. My favourite is when he does the Helen Reddy song “I am woman, hear me roar” :-)

    Now that Lockwood has departed the scene Gerry will have to start brushing up on the classics i.e Danny Boy. Parliament is a haven for musicians and singers and it would be a delight if they could all get together and hold a concert for the benefit of a needy charity.

    I don’t know… he’s got the chin and the neck even at 24. Was he born like that or something?

    Orange juice has got a shitload of sugar in it. Ever see something called ‘Keri Zero”? No. Goes straight to the neck don’t you know. Can you imagine if he lost all the weight? His neck would look like a shopping bag was stuck to it.
