In my experience, most TGs live in stealth mode and are afraid of being outed or identified as TG.

This means that they are careful to never refer to each other as anything aside than the gender with which they identify.

There are, of course, some TGs who announce their situation publicly (such as Georgina Beyer). But that seems to be fairly rare.

Rape ‘is’ a real crime & a serial rapist of the calibre of Stewert Wilson should never have been let out of prison in the first place & I’d go a step further & say a nice peaceful sleep from which he would never wake up from should have been a sentencing option.
But that is not the case, Wilson is back in the community under very strict conditions, constant referral to him as the Beast of Blenheim by the MSM does more damage than good to any chance of his successful rehabilitation.
This is not the MSM reporting a story this is them sensationalising a story (nothing unusal there).
It would seem you get better treatment from the media for being convicted of infanticide or patricide than of being a mere rapist.

So the complaint is upheld because they think it is *potentially* offensive to a particular group of people. How many of those people did the BSA actually ask? And how about the fact that their decision is *actually* offensive to people who value free speech and good humor.

I consider myself reasonably easily offended by things in the media, but I’m puzzled about what it is about this that is so inappropriate. Is there a particular part of ‘pre-op tranny” that is considered pejorative? Is is the “pre-op” part or the “tranny” part, or the combination thereof? Is it the use of the abbreviation? Inquiring minds…
