I am hoping Eric will keep it all simple at the breakfast table social discussion, the Canadain is brilliant but it is best if he does not launch into Dilberito Mexican food alternative or confusology

Two-four Weetbix and milk. Cost? Less than $1 per serving per child. That should take roughly less than a minute to explain for the breakfast part of the seminar.
