Question 7 interests me – mainly because I got it wrong. I would say that Shearer’s pathetic excuse that it was an oversight is also him saying that it was an oversight BECAUSE he forgot, at all convenient times, that the account existed. He’s certainly being judged on that basis. Things would be very different if Shearer was claiming that he has never forgotten about the account….
Yes dishy that question made me end up with 8/10. Oversight my rear end! He’s a typical lying cheating socialist who knew full well he had a US bank account because we are supposed to believe he advised IRD of it’s existence but an “oversight” for not advising parliament’s pecuniary interest register for 3-4 years running. “oversight” pffft pigs might fly too.
