While NZ actually has a dearth of butterfly species, other parts of the world have a much richer fauna.  The Xishuangbanna region of Yunnan is one of them.  The region here borders Laos and includes an extensive area of tropical forest.  Needless to say, I got a few butterfly pics out there.
