We concerned citizens have noticed an increase in anti-chemtrail protests online and in the streets. Clearly your mind control is not working to its full potential, many of the sheeple have awakened. Therefore we request that you step up chemtrail spraying efforts at once, to bring them back into line. We know you will take this request seriously, because secret unaccountable governments are always highly swayed by online petitions.

Why is this important?

Every day, thousands of sheeple wake up to the nightmare of chemtrail spraying. They sign online petitions, shake their fists at passing aircraft, attend small rallies to the amusement of onlookers and post videos of clouds on YouTube.

Clearly the mind control is failing. Something needs to be done!

The New World Order needs to listen to us before it’s too late. We need a massive increase in chemtrail spraying before awakened sheeple reach a critical mass and we risk those meddling kids putting an end to our schemes!.

How it will be delivered

They already monitor all online content. They know about this petition already.

The two sets of law were in fact in competition for many years, with plaintiffs having to make a choice as to whether they made their claim via the Common Law or via Equity, as different rules applied to each.

There were not two sets of law, there were courts of common law and there were courts of equity.

Yes, and one applied the Common Law and the other the law of Equity. Each was separate from the other, and one Court could not apply the rules of the rival jurisdiction.

What follows wil be unadulterated bullshit.

Tonight we find that a professor at Auckland Uni has discovered that, “Over 20% of
secondary students in NZ have mental health issues.”

Are there any readers of this site that are so effing dumb as to believe this utter crap ?

And no doubt this boofhead professor copped a huge cash grant to conduct this ‘study’

You couldn’t buy the amount of media coverage Craig has had over the past two weeks, plus getting a major push from John Key, but it certainly isn’t reflected in the polls yet.

And while dropping 1.5% (that all didn’t go to CCCP) NZF is still ahead at 3.5%.

Well if people like you (Pete George) would just STFU about Craig, then Craig would not be important.
What is your great leader Dunne saying? He is more important than Craig surely?
Which side are you on boy? Or are you just trolling for United Futures’ publicity. Dunne is a whore.

If you consider that nearly all teenage girls worry endlessly about how popular they are & the fact that their male counterparts harbour fears that they will die virgins, the professor’s revelations are not startling.

Reality check…..it’s been the same since civilisation began & the vast majority grow out of it naturally.

Calm down Steve. I’m not on anyone’s side. I’ve recently criticised National (particularly for considering working with Craig), Labour, Greens, NZF and UF.

You seem a bit sensitive about Craig. Are the chemtrails a bit thick over North Shore?

There isn’t any law of equity. Equity is based on a set of principles just like law is, but to say that there is a law of equity is like saying that there is a law of conscience. Fundamentally law is about the relationship between cause and effect as it relates to ethics, but equity is about conscience. If there was a law of equity in the same sense as there is a law of behaviour, then the law of equity could change over time, but it doesn’t.

Like the maxim says: equity follows the law.

Equity cannot follow the law if equity _is_ the law.

Spotted this at frogblog earlier today, and have been dwelling on it ever since.
It is at the beginning of a post on climate change by Kennedy Graham:

It’s the last sentence that concerns me and would be appreciative if some gentle soul could answer the following for me:

Assuming that Mr. Graham attended the latest talkfest in Warsaw, did he do so at my, ie as a taxpayer, expense?
If so, under whose oversight? Also, the last sentence quoted gives the impression that he is in negotiation with UN officials. How can a member of a junior party that is not in government possibly be discussing anything whatsoever with the UN? Surely he wasn’t even representing New Zealand at the conference, let alone dealing with the uber troughers at UNHQ?
Perhaps Mr. Graham himself could clear this up for me.

Actually, UT, Equity is law, and over time conflicts between the two were resolved in favour of Equity, although as always Equity merely claimed to be fuliflling the law to prevent the Common Law creating injustice.

But nice try at misleading, there.

Steve – you criticised me for not sitting on the fence and then criticised me for sitting on the fence. All because you seem to want to sit on the fence with Craig, or hide Craig behind a fence, or some vague thing. Or you just wanted to have a bitch at someone so you joined the making shit up brigade.

Key has his strengths but he also has to deal with a lot of weaknesses – which includes his current and possible support parties. If he deals with Craig as weakly as you seem to prefer he is probably going to come unstuck. He copped the opening ridicule in the Craig item on 3 news tonight, and he initiated that attention himself. I’d prefer him in charge over all the alternatives, but he might stuff that up by backing the wrong chemtrail.

You seem to prefer Craig was just swept under the political rug, but that’s not going to deal with a problem that may defeat National.

There will be a nation wide German minimum wage in 2015 (different rates across Germany at present). It will be at 8.50 Euros. This decided by the new coalition government of CD and SD.

Current rates at 1 Jan 2013.

Yeah, acting as an apologist for the false sovereignty of parliament must have you in stitches.

If the state acknowledged that it’s “sovereignty” wasn’t real then it would have to acknowledge that it is unable to make law in the usual sense of the word.
