I just ran the New York Marathon in around 4 hours 29 minutes. Hardest thing I have ever done, but also the best. Can currently crawl only at a very slow pace and am unconvinced I will ever walk normally again. However I am very happy!
Will blog more on it when I recover, which may take a couple of days! It’s an amazing experience and the energy you get from the crowds and the bands make a huge difference.DPF
