Why aren’t the poor storming the barricades?
“This is why Mr Obama calling inequality the “defining issue of our time” has moral resonance. It has nothing to do with the rabble envying Sub-Zero refrigerators. It is not about the iPhone/cheapo-cell phone gap. Inequality is problematic not because it makes some people jealous of others but because it effectively locks millions of people out of opportunities to improve their lives. Ms Anderson put it well: “To live in a low-crime, orderly, unpolluted neighborhood, free of run-down and abandoned property, graffiti-marred buildings, open drug dealing, prostitution, and gangs; to have access to public parks where one’s children can safely play, to well-maintained sidewalks and roads, to schools that offer an education good enough to qualify one for more than menial, dead-end jobs: how many cell phones and athletic shoes is that worth?”

    …….
doesn’t really come up with the answer. I think it has to do with complexity: people react to simple clear issues. Most people know they went through the education system, were sorted and blame their own limitations?

“One in four New Zealand children live in poverty”
    Is this
    • because not everyone accesses welfare entitlements
    • welfare does not provide enough
    • parents spend welfare on items before essentials for their children
    • some other reason I haven’t thought of at the moment
    • or the statement is wrong and it will be a criminal falsehood if this year’s Election is to be conducted based on simple fucking lies.

Labour’s cash for kids bribe could be a time bomb. Getting low income and beneficiary parents reliant on $60 per week for three years and cutting it will cause hardship for many.

Or is Labour trying to soften us up with a three year plan with intentions of extending it once established? That would be a fiscal time bomb.

In recent years, China’s demand has been growing, while demand here has been slouching. But not in 2013. For the first time in more than a decade, demand for oil in the United States grew faster than China’s.

“The strength of it has exceeded everyone expectations,” says Parry.

Why? In part, the answer has to do with the recession. Growth is easy when you’ve been in the pits.

“As the economic activity picks up, there’s a lot more transportation going on,” says Peter Hartley, an economist at Rice University. There are more people driving to more jobs. There are more trucks, delivering more things.

And, the U.S. is drilling more of its own oil and natural gas. Supply is up. Prices are down. “And that’s really stimulating a renaissance of the petro-chemicals in the United States,” says Hartley. Plastics, chemicals, fertilizers. We’re making more of them here now.

Judging from the cost of keeping prisoners in jail I well imagine the cost of chidlren grows with their growth. Fortunately I only had one and that was some time ago before the CoL rose to today’s levels. The emphasis should be on encouraging smaller families within the ability of the parents to care for them properly without lavish government support. That $60pw would be better put to superanuients who do not have any income of their own to top up the basic meagerly super level. Not everybody either had the brains or the opportunity to save for their old age and society should look after them better.

Agreed. The stupid definition is “60% or less of the median household income”. Therefore, if you’re in a mega-wealthy oil state where the median household income might be $1million per year, $599k means that you’re “in poverty”. What a stupid definition.
It is only defined that way for the benefit of NZCCSS and similar groups. They NEED there to be a group in so-called “poverty” as a reason for them to exist.

At first glance, it’s bad politics form Labour here. I guess they’ve focused grouped the crap out of this policy over the summer and are convinced it’ll be popular though.

What does this tell us about the rest of their finance plans ?

We can now be pretty sure that the threshold for tax rises to 39% (or more) will be $150k, you can’t give a $60 a week baby bonus below this number then chuck up income taxes. Public polling in the UK shows 60%+ support for a rise in taxes for top earners, I’d assume Labours private polling is telling them the same here.

They’ll run on a no tax rises for 98% of the population tag line.

Yes, they probably will, but I’m certain that it’ll do them no good.

The massive swathes of “middle New Zealand” will be *incensed* that their taxes are being thrown at all and sundry so that they can have babies (and thereby make their situation even worse). That’s the deliberate intention of course – to make them even more dependent on the state.
Sheesh…. as if a household with an income of $150k per year needs other taxpayers’ money to raise their children!

Trotting out the lame “no tax rises for 98%” line will simply make things worse. It’ll be seen as the lame distraction that it is.

    More of the conspiracy

Spies use smartphone apps to track people

Documents leaked by former NSA contactor Edward Snowden suggest that spy agencies have a powerful ally in Angry Birds and a host of other apps installed on smartphones across the globe.

The documents, published Monday by The New York Times, the Guardian, and ProPublica, suggest that the mapping, gaming, and social networking apps which are a common feature of the world’s estimated 1 billion smartphones can feed America’s National Security Agency and Britain’s GCHQ with huge amounts of personal data, including location information and details such as political affiliation or sexual orientation.

The size and scope of the program aren’t publicly known, but the reports suggest that US and British intelligence easily get routine access to data generated by apps such as the Angry Birds game franchise or the Google Maps navigation service.

The joint spying program “effectively means that anyone using Google Maps on a smartphone is working in support of a GCHQ system,” one 2008 document from the British eavesdropping agency is quoted as saying. Another document – a hand-drawn picture of a smirking fairy conjuring up a tottering pile of papers over a table marked “LEAVE TRAFFIC HERE” – suggests that gathering the data doesn’t take much effort

kowtow, the principle of entrenching a Middle Eastern religion was established when Christianity was imposed on the native Europeans long ago. This is just a minor modification and I would not worry about it too much. Not long ago the Christians were fussing over Jews in Europe, but they got over that and things worked out okay.

The “price tag” vandalism this week of the monastery at Latrun, in which the culprits sprayed the building’s facade with the words “Jesus is a monkey” and set the front door alight, prompted a fierce statement of condemnation signed by Catholic church leaders here.

“When you say ‘Christianity’ to the Israelis,” he said, “they immediately think of the Holocaust and the [Spanish] Inquisition. People don’t know that we are here and that we have roots [here],” adding that this attitude is reflected throughout Israeli society.

In a reference to the long-standing, continual incidents of Orthodox Jewish extremists in Jerusalem spitting at Christian clergy, Pizzaballa said: “When I came to the country, I was told that I should know that if I walk around with a frock in the city [of Jerusalem], people would spit on me, and I shouldn’t be offended, it’s normal.”

‘Islamization of Europe a good thing’

Rabbi Baruch Efrati believes Jews should ‘rejoice at the fact that Europe is paying for what it did to us for hundreds of years by losing its identity.’ He praises Islam for promoting modesty, respect for God

“With the help of God, the gentiles there will adopt a healthier life with a lot of modesty and integrity, and not like the hypocritical Christianity which appears pure but is fundamentally corrupt,” he explained.

“How do we fight the Islamization of Europe and return it to the hands of Christians and moderates?”

Efrati wrote in response that the Islamization of Europe was better than a Christian Europe for ethical and theological reasons – as a punishment against Christians for persecuting the Jews and the fact that Christianity, as opposed to Islam, is considered “idolatry” from a halachic point of view.

“Jews should rejoice at the fact that Christian Europe is losing its identity as a punishment for what it did to us for the hundreds of years were in exile there,” the rabbi explained as the ethical reason for favoring Muslims

The same is happening in australia with gay adoption – the court has to accept 2 people of the same sex as being the ‘parents’ when they now that is a lie.

But Israel is a secular state and most Israelis think the minority of the population that are the Hasadim (and other extremists) are all “nuts”.
The advice to me was to avoid them in general, do not take their pictures and do not spend the Sabbath in Jerusalem.

That’s why Israel is hated by the Arabs. It’s secular, Democratic and in general tolerant. Arab Christians are not routinely persecuted and murdered there, funny that. Oh and women aren’t treated like shit.

You’ve been able to amend the gender marker on a New Zealand birth certificate for almost twenty years (since 1995). The requirements are outlined in section 28 of the Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationships Registration Act.

It’s a legal facility that is used by a vanishingly small number of people – under very specific circumstances.

This isn’t some strange progressive thing that’s unique to NZ. Most countries allow transgender people to update their official documentation once they have fully transitioned.

Scott, if you have kept up on this you will have seen that coverage of the ‘scandal’ in both Australia and the UK has focused on how evil the Murdoch papers were for indulging in phone hacking, how it was the right-leaning media that did it,  and how there needs to be regulation of the (Murdoch) newspapers to ensure that they meet their social obligations.

In Australia they even had an inquiry based upon the UK hacking, focused almost entirely on News Ltd.

The fact is that they all did it, right and left. There was no justification for it, but they all did it.

The self-righteousness from places like the Grauniad and the Mirror was sickening.  Suddenly the shoe is moving to the other foot, so it will be interesting to see how they respond.

    Kind of worrying.

In the U.K, banks are beginning to ask their customers why they want their own money taken out, and if they don’t like the reason, they won’t give it.

Some HSBC customers have been prevented from withdrawing large amounts of cash because they could not provide evidence of why they wanted it, the BBC has learnt.

Listeners have told Radio 4’s Money Box they were stopped from withdrawing amounts ranging from £5,000 to £10,000.

Stephen Cotton went to his local HSBC branch this month to withdraw £7,000 from his instant access savings account to pay back a loan from his mother.

A year before, he had withdrawn a larger sum in cash from HSBC without a problem.

But this time it was different, as he told Money Box: “When we presented them with the withdrawal slip, they declined to give us the money because we could not provide them with a satisfactory explanation for what the money was for. They wanted a letter from the person involved.”

Mr Cotton says the staff refused to tell him how much he could have: “So I wrote out a few slips. I said, ‘Can I have £5,000?’ They said no. I said, ‘Can I have £4,000?’ They said no. And then I wrote one out for £3,000 and they said, ‘OK, we’ll give you that.’ ”

He asked if he could return later that day to withdraw another £3,000, but he was told he could not do the same thing twice in one day.

He wrote to complain to HSBC about the new rules and also that he had not been informed of any change.

The bank said it did not have to tell him. “As this was not a change to the Terms and Conditions of your bank account, we had no need to pre-notify customers of the change,” HSBC wrote.

Kea, a situation in Croatia is (was?) vastly different to the rest of Nazi Europe. Croatians main thing was to kill and exterminate Serbs, who are also Christians, and to get rid of a small number of Jews and Roms as a “service” to Hitler. Different, as in that that was an opportunistic way to advance their own cause and expand their little empire (and settle some earlier accounts). Do not draw the Balkans into this, it will be a shit storm.

On the other hand, you had Italians who did not engage in extermination of Jews nearly as widely as the Nazis. So I doubt it had anything to do with Christianity.

Yeah, a small number of Jews and Roms

Between its establishment in 1941 and its evacuation in April 1945, Croat authorities murdered thousands of people at Jasenovac. Among the victims were: between 45,000 and 52,000 Serb residents of the so-called Independent State of Croatia; between 12,000 and 20,000 Jews; between 15,000 and 20,000 Roma (Gypsies); and between 5,000 and 12,000 ethnic Croats and Muslims, who were political and religious opponents of the regime.

if you have kept up on this you will have seen that coverage of the ‘scandal’ in both Australia and the UK has focused on how evil the Murdoch papers were for indulging in phone hacking

Really? Depends whose narrative you’ve been immersed in I guess. The general impression I’ve gained from the MSM is that the phone hacking is symptomatic of the declining standards of tabloid journalism in general. Murdoch’s involvement is incidental.

Of course partisan commentators from both sides of the political divide may try to turn the hacking into something political but who’d be stupid enough to believe them?

@cha: I didn’t say “small number of Jews”, but comparatively to the number of Serbs and Roms killed, who were their main target. A crime is a crime, especially that one. Does the Catholic Church in Croatia have blood on their hands? of course they do (this is Balkans, after all)! Is Hitler’s ideology about their pure Aryan race, wider plans in Europe and the rest of the world, a Catholic or any other Christian denomination idea at the time? No.

Edit: unfortunately, the numbers of victims in Jasenovac are far bigger than those you have reported, but again, even one victim is one too many.

It’s ok folks this debate is about to end…

When faced with a choice between living among Christian Europeans or Muslim Arabs, millions of Jews chose the later.

But is has been fun playing with you biggoted morons and so easy to expose your hatred and prejudice. I have you calling educated Rabbis, Jewish intellectuals, Holocaust researchers, Israeli media “trolls” and “anti semites”

I will leave the last word to the learned Rabbi and Dr Weiss:

    jewish world

Dr. Ruchama Weiss ▪ Rabbi Levi Brackman

Cam Slater complains to police as DoS attack takes his Whaleoil blog offline

Cam Slater’s Whaleoil site was down this afternoon after being swamped by a denial-of-service attack (which sees a malicious hacker buy space on hijacked PCs to overwhelm a website’s capacity).

“It’s a DoS attack, originating in New Zealand,” Mr Slater told NBR.

The controversial blogger has no shortage of enemies. He named a couple he thought were probably responsible for today’s attack – but you’ll have to wait until his site goes back online to read those (so far) unsubstantiated allegations.

“I have also been getting death threats via text and on Facebook,” Mr Slater told NBR. I have notified police, especially [over] the text messages.”

Mr Slater said he was working to get Whaleoil back online.

There has been more explained on Whale’s Facebook, including from Pete:

Hi there everyone. I’m Pete. I am one of the people that works at Whaleoil. Here’s the situation. Death threats and threats of violence have been made. Now, if we all can agree we’ve had our fun, and we get on with the rest of our days, and things go back to normal, it would be nice. If not, we really need to take the next step, which is to identify who is involved behind the threats of violence, murder and suicide, with the help of the Police and other authorities.

This is going to stop at some time. Be it an hour, or later today, or even some days from now. It will get boring. So can I please ask you to cut it out now, and then things don’t get out of hand.

Because if we have to come and MAKE people stop, we can’t do that without the help of people like the Police. And once they are involved, things can get out of hand.

I’m just having a day off work, thanks to you people. It’s not really hurting me. Nor is it really hurting Cameron Slater. But these death threats and threats of violence cross a line. Stop now.

If things haven’t settled by 2pm, and they stay settled, it’s out of my hands what happens next.

    Thanks

Seeing how the main parties are focussing in how to alleviate child poverty, here is my idea for an ACT policy. It might just get them over 5%:

    1. Reduce government spending by 25% across the board over 3 years.

    2. Reduce taxation by 25% across the board over 3 years.

    3. Reduce the number of regulations by 25%, with a Regulation Review Committee staffed by the Treasury, MBIE, the OECD, and secondees from the Australian Productivity commission, advising on the targets.

    4. In the second term, the Government will only introduce a new regulation if it abolishes two existing ones. The second term will also be focussed on monitoring the results of term 1, and lifting the quality of institutions.

Sure 95% of people will ruin scared, but 5% might go for it.

“I note a oft repeated canard that the Jews control the media is doing the rounds.”

    Yeah stephieboy, even in ISRAEL

    THE TIMES OF ISRAEL

    Jews DO control the media

We’re a driven group, and not just in regards to the art world. We have, for example, AIPAC, which was essentially constructed just to drive agenda in Washington DC. And it succeeds admirably. And we brag about it. Again, it’s just what we do.

We’re a driven group, and not just in regards to the art world. We have, for example, AIPAC, which was essentially constructed just to drive agenda in Washington DC. And it succeeds admirably. And we brag about it. Again, it’s just what we do.

But the funny part is when any anti-Semite or anti-Israel person starts to spout stuff like, “The Jews control the media!” and “The Jews control Washington!”

Suddenly we’re up in arms. We create huge campaigns to take these people down. We do what we can to put them out of work. We publish articles. We’ve created entire organizations that exist just to tell everyone that the Jews don’t control nothin’. No, we don’t control the media, we don’t have any more sway in DC than anyone else. No, no, no, we swear: We’re just like everybody else!

Does anyone else (who’s not a bigot) see the irony of this?

Let’s be honest with ourselves, here, fellow Jews. We do control the media. We’ve got so many dudes up in the executive offices in all the big movie production companies it’s almost obscene. Just about every movie or TV show, whether it be “Tropic Thunder” or “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” is rife with actors, directors, and writers who are Jewish. Did you know that all eight major film studios are run by Jews?

But that’s not all. We also control the ads that go on those TV shows.

And let’s not forget AIPAC, every anti-Semite’s favorite punching bag. We’re talking an organization that’s practically the equivalent of the Elders of Zion. I’ll never forget when I was involved in Israeli advocacy in college and being at one of the many AIPAC conventions. A man literally stood in front of us and told us that their whole goal was to only work with top-50 school graduate students because they would eventually be the people making changes in the government. Here I am, an idealistic little kid that goes to a bottom 50 school (ASU) who wants to do some grassroots advocacy, and these guys are literally talking about infiltrating the government. Intense.

Now, the reason groups like the ADL and AIPAC hate admitting this is because, first of all, they are secular organizations. Their whole agenda is to prove that every Jew is the same as every other person in the world. I cannot imagine a more outlandish agenda. No, we’re different. We’re special.

Of course, people hate when anyone says this. They assume that if you’re saying that Jews are special, it somehow implies that they’re better.

Fate of white doves unclear after being released by children standing alongside pontiff in front of crowd in St Peter’s Square

Two white doves that were released as a peace gesture by children standing alongside Pope Francis were attacked by other birds.

As tens of thousands of people watched in St Peter’s Square on Sunday, a seagull and a large black crow swept down on the doves after they were set free from an open window of the Apostolic Palace.

One dove lost some feathers as it broke free from the gull. But the crow pecked repeatedly at the other dove. It was not clear what happened to the doves as they flew off.

The beginning of the Whale Oil DOS attack (maybe)

    Blogger puts boot in

Provocative right-wing internet blogger Cameron Slater was today standing by a headline that described Greymouth car crash victim Judd Hall as “feral”.

Mr Hall, a 26-year-old from Runanga, died when a car in which he was a backseat passenger left the road and crashed into a house about 11 o’clock on Friday night.

At 7.21am on Saturday, Mr Slater’s Whale Oil blog site carried a brief story on the crash under the heading, ‘Feral dies in Greymouth, did world a favour’.

When contacted by the Greymouth Star today, Mr Slater accepted that he did not know Mr Hall or his family, but justified the “feral” description by saying: “It is Greymouth, isn’t it? Didn’t Helen Clark say that you are all feral?”

He said anybody travelling at 140kph in a car in a 50kph area was ‘feral’, whether on the West Coast or in south Auckland.
He did not regret the headline and would not be apologising for it.

“It’s a tragic situation but where is it written in the rule books that you have to take into account people’s feelings?” the blogger said.

Grey District Mayor Tony Kokshoorn said the headline was “an utter disgrace”.

“This young lad has a mother and father who are going through a great deal of hurt at the moment. It’s compassion and support they need at the moment, not condemnation from the likes of Slater,” Mr Kokshoorn said.

“They (the parents) are people that Slater has never met, does not know, so for him to describe their offspring as feral is the lowest of the low and an utter disgrace.”

Cameron was unwisely provocative (as he sometimes can be) but some of the response has been way over the top.

First the Albanians weren’t unique in giving shelter to the Jews . Bulgaria refused to hand ver their Jews tothe Nazis. Denmark as well. There were also many instances of Poles giving assistance and hiding Jews. Mind you the penalty for doing so was severe with Death for whole families.Even Mussolini resisted the Nazis in handing over Italian jews. Again there were many instances of brave Italians giving assistance and hiding Jews. Thus the Albanians need to be commended for their actions just like the Bulgarians, Danes , Italians

Pope’s peace doves attacked by crow and seagull

Fate of white doves unclear after being released by children standing alongside pontiff in front of crowd in St Peter’s Square

Two white doves that were released as a peace gesture by children standing alongside Pope Francis were attacked by other birds.

As tens of thousands of people watched in St Peter’s Square on Sunday, a seagull and a large black crow swept down on the doves after they were set free from an open window of the Apostolic Palace.

One dove lost some feathers as it broke free from the gull. But the crow pecked repeatedly at the other dove. It was not clear what happened to the doves as they flew off.

Fletch, are those bloody Catholics at it again ?

While the anti-Semitism faced by Jews during World War II stemmed as much from French sentiments as it did from German pressures

The initial establishment of concentration camps in France was a result of the French government, not because of pressure of the Germans. At first intended for foreign Jews, people were held in insufferable conditions under which they perished before the first convoys were even sent to Auschwitz. These foreign Jews in internment camps “were the first casualties of the Holocaust in France, and they died because of French, not German, persecution (Zuccotti 67). In fact, it was even said that after the Germans took over control of Drancy, conditions at the camp improved (Marrus and Paxton 253).

So Labour’s revenue spokesperson David Clark thinks that if Facebook doesn’t pay enough tax the Government should have an option to ban the use of it in New Zealand.

But it probably won’t come to that, he says that usually if you sit down and talk to them they will suddenly rearrange all their tax structures and up their payments here.

The Labour Party has put forward a possible solution to force multi-national corporations to pay more tax – ban them from the internet.
It says the Government should first talk with companies like Facebook, but if that doesn’t work it is important to have a backup, something Labour is describing as a credible threat.
Facebook is the world’s largest social network by far, but pays little tax here in New Zealand.
“The Government should always have in its back pocket the ability to ban websites,” says Labour revenue spokesman David Clark.

    Jewish Federation, Holocaust Centre

From the 1000’s to the 1200’s, the Christians incited a series of Crusades in an attempt to “rid Jerusalem of infidels,” or non-Christians. Although the Crusades also attempted to displace Muslims, the Crusaders’ widespread attacks on Jews throughout Western Europe and Germany began to form the early roots of anti-Semitism.

Christians created and popularized many cruel and negative myths about Jews. Medieval Christians accused the Jews of stealing and murdering Christian children to make the Passover matzo with their blood (the blood libel), and of poisoning the “host” sacrament used in Christian communion rituals, among other baseless crimes.

Moreover, Christians blamed Jews for causing the bubonic plague epidemic, or “Black Death.” In reality, it was the flea-infested rats that spread the disease. In the mid-1300s there were more than 350 pogroms during which Christians attacked over 200 Jewish communities and killed as many as 16,000 Jews. These actions forced Jews to migrate into Eastern Europe, with many settling in Poland.

The Spanish Inquisition, which began in 1480 and lasted for over three hundred years, represents another period of terrible crimes against the Jews. The Catholic Church authorized the Spaniards and Portuguese to force Jews to accept the Christian faith under the threat of torture and death. They persecuted and murdered thousands of Jews who refused to accept the Christian faith and forced many others to leave their homes, putting them in concentration camp-like prisons.

During the Reformation, Jews were not any more accepted than in previous centuries. The Cossack rebellion in Poland, also known as ‘the Deluge’ of 1648-58, resulted in hundreds of thousands of Jewish deaths, more than the Crusades and the Black Death pogroms combined.

Christians in Jerusalem want Jews to stop spitting on them

A few weeks ago, a senior Greek Orthodox clergyman in Israel attended a meeting at a government office in Jerusalem’s Givat Shaul quarter. When he returned to his car, an elderly man wearing a skullcap came and knocked on the window. When the clergyman let the window down, the passerby spat in his face.

According to Daniel Rossing, former adviser to the Religious Affairs Ministry on Christian affairs and director of a Jerusalem center for Christian-Jewish dialogue, there has been an increase in the number of such incidents recently, “as part of a general atmosphere of lack of tolerance in the country.”

    Boycott

A short time ago, Iran’s Supreme Leader Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei urged the Muslim World to boycott anything and everything that originates with the Jewish people.

In response, Meyer M. Treinkman, a pharmacist, out of the kindness of his heart, offered to assist them in their boycott as follows:

“Any Muslim who has Syphilis must not be cured by Salvarsan discovered by a Jew, Dr. Ehrlich. He should not even try to find out whether he has Syphilis, because the Wasserman Test is the discovery of a Jew. If a Muslim suspects that he has Gonorrhea, he must not seek diagnosis, because he will be using the method of a Jew named Neissner.

“A Muslim who has heart disease must not use Digitalis, a discovery by a Jew, Ludwig Traube.

Should he suffer with a toothache, he must not use Novocaine, a discovery of the Jews, Widal and Weil.

If a Muslim has Diabetes, he must not use Insulin, the result of research by Minkowsky, a Jew. If one has a headache, he must shun Pyramidon and Antypyrin, due to the Jews, Spiro and Ellege.

Muslims with convulsions must put up with them because it was a Jew, Oscar Leibreich, who proposed the use of Chloral Hydrate.

Arabs must do likewise with their psychic ailments because Freud, father of psychoanalysis, was a Jew.

Should a Muslim child get Diphtheria, he must refrain from the “Schick” reaction which was invented by the Jew, Bella Schick.

“Muslims should be ready to die in great numbers and must not permit treatment of ear and brain damage, work of Jewish Nobel Prize winner, Robert Baram.

They should continue to die or remain crippled by Infantile Paralysis because the discoverer of the anti-polio vaccine is a Jew, Jonas Salk.

“Muslims must refuse to use Streptomycin and continue to die of Tuberculosis because a Jew, Zalman Waxman, invented the wonder drug against this killing disease.

Muslim doctors must discard all discoveries and improvements by dermatologist Judas Sehn Benedict, or the lung specialist, Frawnkel, and of many other world renowned Jewish scientists and medical experts.

“In short, good and loyal Muslims properly and fittingly should remain afflicted with Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Heart Disease, Headaches, Typhus, Diabetes, Mental Disorders, Polio Convulsions and Tuberculosis and be proud to obey the Islamic boycott.”

Oh, and by the way, don’t call for a doctor on your cell phone because the cell phone was invented in Israel by a Jewish engineer.

Meanwhile I ask, what medical contributions to the world have the Muslims made?”

The Global Islamic population is approximately 1,200,000,000; that is ONE BILLION TWO HUNDRED MILLION or 20% of the world’s population.
They have received Seven (7) Nobel Prizes:

The Global Jewish population is approximately 14,000,000; that is FOURTEEN MILLION or about 0.02% of the world’s population.
They have received One Hundred and Twenty Nine (129) Nobel Prizes

The Jews are NOT promoting brainwashing children in military training camps, teaching them how to blow themselves up and cause maximum deaths of Jews and other non-Muslims.

The Jews don’t hijack planes, nor kill athletes at the Olympics, or blow themselvesup in German restaurants.

There is NOT one single Jew who has destroyed a church.

There is NOT a single Jew who protests by killing people. The Jews don’t traffic slaves, nor have leaders calling for Jihad and death to all the Infidels.

Perhaps the world’s Muslims should consider investing more in standard education and less in blaming the Jews for all their problems.

Muslims must ask ‘what can they do for humankind’ before they demand that humankind respects them.

    Mouths filled with hatred

It happens day and night.” Father Athanasius, a Texas-born Franciscan monk who heads the Christian Information Center inside the Jaffa Gate, said he’s been spat at by haredi and national Orthodox Jews “about 15 times in the last six months” – not only in the Old City, but also on Rehov Agron near the Franciscan friary. “One time a bunch of kids spat at me, another time a little girl spat at me,” said the brown-robed monk near the Jaffa Gate. “All 15 monks at our friary have been spat at,” he said.

stephieboy, looks like they are not buying your story about blaming the “Mussssslims”. These are Jewish news paper articles from Israel reporting facts. Unless you want to claim a Jewish “conspiracy” in the media, you may want to re-think your ideas.

There are NO reports of Muslim clerics being spat on and there are heaps of Muslims living in Israel.

Why do you think that is stephieboy ? :)

Take your anti Muslim hate and go. It is people like you that persecuted the Jews on the basis of their religion for centuries and they know it, only now the target has changed. If you have a problem with that then write to the sources I have provided you gutless bigot.

At the same time that thousands of Christian Zionist tourists descended on Jerusalem last week to display their unequivocal support for Israel, local Christian leaders say they fear a recent increase in attacks on their holy sites signals the potential for future, more extreme violence.

Israeli extremists’ attack on Nazareth’s most famous Christian church goes virtually unreported

As local people streamed into the church’s walled-off courtyard, they learnt that three intruders had detonated a series of small explosions inside the building at 5.30pm, during a special ceremony for Lent.

Christian Pastor Calls Israel to Clamp Down on Church Vandalism

“The sign pointing people to the church was defaced with white paint with ‘Justice’ written on the wall next to the sign,” said Pastor Steven Khoury, the head of Calvary Baptist Church.

In September, vandals burned a door of the Trappist Monastery in Latrun and spray-painted anti-Christian graffiti with the words “Jesus is a monkey.” Last month, the Church of the Dormition Abbey on Mt. Zion, near Jerusalem’s Old City, was defaced with graffiti that included the words “price tag.”

If you had any integrity it would be them you attacked if you did not like the content. But you have no integrity and no honour, so you attack the messenger.

You really are a disgusting excuse for a man and I hope you have not bred a clutch of vile little bigots to carry on your hatred and prejudice. We shall see, It would be great to at least draw the test series, I suspect they will be decided just with the performances on the day, i.e. if one team can roll the other in the first innings and drive home their advantage, to often NZ has been on the receiving end of this scenario. The other would be a brilliant first days batting where one team say gets 350-4 odd n the first day and can get say 500+ and bowl reasonably well.
The Indians do struggle on pace friendly pitches outside the sub continent. I wonder what the likes of Kohli, Dhoni and R Sharma’s averages would be outside of batsman and spin friendly wickets in Indian or Sri Lankan. Hopefully it will be competitive, the worst thing about the 2 Ashes series this/last year was how one sided they both were, and how dreadful England and previously Australia were away from home.

NZ is not a dictatorship, and nothing you do or say will make it one. I suspect this greatly disappoints you. I suggest a regime such as North Korea which would basically hunt down and kill someone for believing in God would be right up your alley, I think you would very much like to be the leader of a corrupt country in a Mugabe type regime, where you can dictate ‘the way it is’ hence the suggestion that you move to North Korea has considerable thought behind it.

Wow Rowan, still no word on the lies and bigotry I exposed or comments that a million Muslims dead is not enough. All that is ok for Rowan. The real problem is Kea not standing by while Christians persecute another religious group all over again.

How many of those Rabbis, Holocaust researchers, Jewish intellectuals and Israeli news sources have you written to abusing them ?

How do you feel about the Holocaust revisionists/deniers we have had on KB today ?

It is little wonder Israeli Jews often spit on Christian clergy and destroy their holly places as reported in various Israeli news sources provided. Little wonder the learned Rabbi and Dr believe the destruction of European Christianity in favour of Islam would be a good thing. (links to the article provided as usual)

Speaking of which, as a man claiming such high morals, what did you think of this claim/lie ? “There is NOT one single Jew who has destroyed a church” given the enormous evidence provided to the contrary from Israeli news sources. What do you think of people who lie like that Rowan ?

I would really like to hear your views on something other than Kea. Flattering as that is. I am curious and wonder if I can find a remnant of residual decency or intelligence in your empty head and dark heart.

Rowan, I think the Indians could go inside themselves with regards the tests. The BC bowling attack is looking sharp, and when we see 2 Indian catchers going for the same ball, as we saw last night, it shows something wrong with the fundamentals of the team. NZ could be looking like a desolate place for some of the Indian team, of course I’m conjuring reasons for them to fall over to reinforce how stupid the ‘big 3′ concept appears – particularly when India ‘can’t’ beat NZ at home (if,) and how the English would also probably getting a going over by the BC’s at the moment.
