Today Labour are asking five questions. These are whether the Prime Minister stands by all his statements, pay increases, partnership schools, the Australian supermarket ban on NZ goods and the suitability of the Minister of internal Affairs to hold the portfolio. New Zealand First is asking the Prime Minister about transparency. The Greens are asking about Wages and the Emissions Trading Scheme.

2. Subantarctic Islands Marine Reserves Bill – Third Reading
3. Victims of Crime Reform Bill – Second Reading
The Smoke-free Environments (Tobacco Plain Packaging) Amendment Bill is being guided through the House by the Associate Minister of Health, Tariana Turia. This bill introduces a plain packaging regime for tobacco products.
The Subantarctic Islands Marine Reserves Bill is being guided through the house by the Minister of Conservation, Dr Nick Smith. This bill would create three new marine reserves.
The Victims of Crime Reform Bill is being guided through the house by the Minister of Justice, Judith Collins. This bill amends legislation so as to implement the Government’s reform package for victims of crime.
